I had an issue with my account was overdrawn , i went to fix it immediately only to find that they gave me lots of fee's that they cant remove even thought is SDCCU 's fault for not stopping the transaction to go thru. they gave me limits after that even though i have been a long time member and it was a 1 time mistake. Terrible service, managers that don't really care.Really unprofessional in general on this location only. I went to contact customer service number multiple times,they decided to cancel my account.Because of that issue im ok to cancel my account and keep using Chase Bank. The manager at this store is Melisa Preciado, really unhelpful.

I love this bank I wouldn't go to no other Bank. There staff is so nice. I highly recommend anyone to move to this bank if there looking for a bank.

They are customer based and have lower to no fees compared to other banks. Im sold!
