First One 4 Cash in Chino, CA

Terrible customer service, I was trying to cash a check and it was like we were guilty of some sort of crime the minute we walked in, he was completely untrusting and gave terrible customer service. After he got every single piece of information he possibly could, he turned us down.

I found the guy here to be very rude and severely lacking in customer service skills. I got to the store about 15 mins prior to closing and stood in line behind two other customers. When I got to the front and said I wanted to apply for a loan he said they were closed. I noted how I had been in the store for 15 minutes and waiting in line. He the asked if I even had all of the required documents. I did and handed them over. He looked at my paystub and said you have a good income. Why do you want a loan. I told him that it was obviously because despite my income I have some unexpected financial need that I can't cover on my own and no other resources. He then said "you know we do check Teletrack & other payday loan verification sites to see if you have other loans. What's it going to say if I check you?" It was such a condescending tone and I was still offended by his previous comment that I said "it's going to say you just lost a good customer" and I walked out. I've never had anyone ask me why I wanted a payday loan or make such snide remarks like that before! So offensive!

let me start by saying OMG THIS GUY CLEARLY HAS NO CUSTUMER SERVICE, AND TO SIT AND TALK **IT UNDER IN HIS LANGUAGE YA SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE SERIOUSLY BAD, HES DOWN RIGHT RUDE, I WISH THERE WAS A DERATE THIS GUY NEEDS NOT TO BE IN THE US WITH A BUISNESS AND TALK LIKE THAT TO PEOPLE ATTT ALL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
