Check 'n Go in Chino Hills, CA

This is the friendliest, most open, easy going place ever! The girls who work there are super-friendly and treat everyone well. I use them regularly and I'm treated like the regular, loyal customer that I am. I actually enjoy going there - it's not a chore. Sometimes there's a wait but they have chairs for everyone to sit in and do a great job of making sure everyone is seen in order and dealt with discreetly. Store is secure but no ghetto safety glass. Minimal checks if you have the required documentation. Don't forget to bring a check stub!

My original review: "Absolute sweetheart girls work there! Wonderful on the phone and in person. I was treated very well. You will be too :) I wish I could give them more than 5 stars." (I gave them an excellent rating). My updated review: After having gone there 5 or 6 times, one of the gals that works there "Betty" .. I don't know why, but she just doesn't like me. Every single time acts very cold to me. Today was the worst and it's why I'm back changing my review from Excellent to Poor, Betty just does not like me and does not act professionally towards me. It honestly feels like she just doesn't give a ****. Or maybe that's just her personality with everybody, I don't know? But I left there today feeling 2 inches tall and honestly my feelings were hurt. Sort of like the dog crap on the bottom of her shoe that she couldn't wait to get off. Maybe it's just me, I don't know. But I figure if I say something then others will know and if anyone else has also had a bad experience with her, you are not alone. I'm not just some dude that fires off negative feedback all the time. I actually took the time to write a wonderful review for them in the beginning because I was so happy. Now I will never go back there as long as she works there. The other gal, sorry forget her name, she IS very very nice and will help and talk to you and I wish she was there today instead of Betty because she really broke my spirit

A place I have visit frequently , service is fair. A lady that used to work there is no longer there and she was very nice. However there's another lady there who is just as nice....Overall my experience has been great!
