Store hours on door are listed for 1030am and I have been standing outside in the heat for 8 minutes. Its past 1030am and NO ONE IS HERE. This is NOT the first time this establishment has representatives operating the store here that do not open on time!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came into this place yesterday in hopes of getting a payday loan. I had all of my documents and thought everything was going to be fine. Well turns out they had to call and verify my employment which doesn't make any sense since I provided proof of income. It's really embarrassing when a company like this calls up to your job. My work place closed at 5 and Travis was slow as molasses called a few minutes too late and tells me he can't proceed until he verifys employment. I was not happy at all and was not looking forward to the drive back to this company the next day. I came back the next day. They verified my employment and bank. After all of that Travis says "Hmm you have been denied." Who gets denied for a payday loan if you have the appropriate income. I found out they run credit checks now and I was told they only run your credit if you want an installment loan. He just sat their with that dumb look on his face and says I will get a letter. He could have put in all the info the first day I came in and it could have save me the trip. He was not apologetic at all. These people are incompetent morons and they will lie to you. Stay away from this horrible company.

Super helpful staff quick and easy loans ive got my loan rite away and at least 2x so far their very helpfull.
