The fat girl behind the counter refused to cash my check, stating she couldn't verify the funds per bank regulations. I left, called customer service, and did exactly what the lazy woman didn't do: verified the funds. I went BACK to the store, gave her the 800 number and told her how to get a rep on the line. She didn't do as I asked. She clearly did NOT want to help me. I will never go there again, and if you want excellent customer service, neither will you.

They wasted 2 hours of my time to cash a check, everything on my end was good but they couldn't approve it. Unprofessional is a understatement.
