I just closed escrow on my home, complete one stop financing,and escrow,that was handled in the most professional manner..They have a very knowledgeable staff and truly a great home buying experience. I am very pleased and would recommend Home Loans Inc. to all my friends and family.

I wish I check yelp earlier before letting this unprofessional company to be our property manager. Before they sign contract with you, they will pretend and hook you up, and they will put 0 effect or completely do thing opposite and they promised. Robert Brown is the person that said one thing but does exactly opposite. To summarize the story, they rent out my house with conditions i disagree and they never inform me. The story between me and them is simple, I am the owner, they act as manger of my property, we agree to rent it out at $3500 with utility included, they rented out with $3300 but they told me that utility is not my responsibility and tenant will take care of everything. 2 weeks after they rent out my property, they claim I have to pay for all utilities. I have asked them to let me review the contact that they sign with tenant and write in paper what is the exact condition to rent out my house, they never do. As a matter of fact, they are always slow in response and do not return your call and email. To be more ridiculous, Robert Brown called me and claimed "he does't like me" because I disagree that I have to pay all utilitis, he also claim he will cancel the contract with me but 2 days later when I asked for the cancellation contract, he claim a different story :" the agreement is between me and west coast property management company and they disagree to cancel the contract" They are liars, unprofessional, irresponsible and worst person I even met in my life. DO EVEN DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM if you don't want to regret later on
