Rob and his team are absolutely fantastic. I always love working with them not only because they get my clients low rates but because I know they will always come through. Rob will go out of his way to help his clients. He is great on the phone and makes listing agents feel confident in the borrowers which ultimately helps them beat out other offers. I am a bit overboard when it comes to staying on top of things and before I even have the opportunity to ask for something Rob and his team have already provided me with an update. The staff here is unreal! We initially met with Rob and he spent over 2 hours going through all the details of a loan. From that meeting, we knew it would be a good fit. Not only is Rob awesome, but his staff is extremely responsive and helpful. At one point, we were trapped in a snow storm in Tahoe trying to scan documents and Renee talked us through it and was able to confirm everything was successfully received before we left. We always felt like we were in good hands - but more importantly, we closed on our loan in record time!! The speed and ability of our lender was one of our selling points and one of the reasons we were able to get our house... despite 20 total offers!! We loved our experience and we can't believe how easy this team made it. We are very lucky to have found them!
