why does it take this bank 4 months later to tell me I have I late payment. when I have been showing up every month to pay in person??? called customer service and nobody seems to know whats going on. paid in cash that month now that money is nowhere to be found. ALERT!!!!!!!!!! pay in checks get and save recipts!!!!!!!

Website is awful. Logged out repeatedly during bill pay. Continually asked for verification of new device, despite repeated request to log my device. Have been in contact with IT dept on several occasions. Just cant seem to get IT issues worked out. Saving now on IT services will cost them later in lost business.

No way to pay online. No way to pay over phone. Opened a card with them just to pay my loan payment, and they charged me a late fee on my first payment, which they set up as being due the day after i recieved my card!! I couldnt even activate it, and they had a fee! Have been trying for 3 months to get online payments to work, with no help from customer service. I have to go into the branch, and pay with CASH every month ( they charge a fee to take a card!, even their own card!)
