This bank sucks they never ever pick up the phone you would have to call all day or the main branch in salt lake Utah. If you don't live next to Cabozon ca I would not bank here. The lady's are rude and have very bad customer service.

If you want anything done your best bet is to go in. They never answer the phones and when they do its rarely with a pleasant attitude. This bank rates low when it comes to cuatomer service. My 2yr old does better!

Dang I wish I could give them no stars they never ever ever answer the phone I always have to call Utah to get stuff done and when you go in they say if you leave us a message we will call you back tha total BS they never call back worst bank ever

WORSE BANK EVER. DON'T PUT YOUR MONEY IN HERE IF YOU WANT TO USE IT. THERE IS NO ATMS AROUND. NO ONE TO EVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS. WORSE THAN BANK OF AMERICA. I'D RATHER BE IN BANK OF AMERICA'S LONG LINE WITH A ROBBER THAN TO DEAL WITH THIS BANK. HAHA. WE ONLY HAVE A SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND I WANNA PULL MY HAIR OUT. IT'S SO FRUSTRATING TRYING TO FIGURE ANYTHING OUT. DON'T DO IT!!!!
