I used to go there all the time. Unless staff has changed, I always had a positive experience.

I've read all the negative reviews about this guy, but I disagree. If you're looking for an ego massage, don't go to this guy. But if you are looking for no-nonsense reliability, this is your place. If you can imagine what he sees on a daily basis; he doesn't know what's going to walk through that door. But his prices are good, he knows what he's doing and as far as I can tell he's a straight shooter. Done.

On february 4, 2017 I went to cash my payroll check . when i got there the check cashing place was closed . About 1015 am a guy coming walking up i said well good morning. He then opens the doors while I'm in line I'm talking on the phone... He says mam can you put your phone away i did , i was mext in line he says what can i do for you i said i have a check to cash he says ok i give my check in wich is my paproll check he tell me he would need to verify with the company and refuses to cash it.....I been here before , One thing for sure they have lost me As A Customer. I heard one of the other customers ask him did you party to hard last night.......Coustomer Service is A Skill And i know everyone don't have it, but when you are working with the public You Should.

When, I called to ask about a payday loan and was asked if, I have one anywhere in the last three months.... I responded with not that, I know of in today's world you never know if anybody has done behind your back if they got your information!!!! the man that answered the phone was the rudest man, I have ever spoke two in a business disrespectful unpleasant, Poor customer service and simply said I'm not going any further!!!! have a good day my friend and hung up on my face if this is what business and small businesses come to in the small towns of Oakley in Brentwood!!!! I would truly never do business with him and being that I am a very big community figure as well as politically conected, I will ensure that my 10,000 followers in Oakley and Brentwood never patronize this business and if anybody in my life is patronizing as of now, I will ensure that they stop immediately learn a little bit more patients and better customer service if you're not happy with her family owned or not get out of the business signed A very upset community member

Guy working at the window is the rudest man I've ever seen, not even a man. Told us to get out of the store for no reason. Telling us he couldn't cash a check for no reason then telling us it was close when it was 6:50. He "said" he was going to the call the cops but didn't, once we finally called he locked up the store and left. Worst experience ever can't believe he still works there. Even the police told us after we informed them with the location, "Was it Larry?" We replied with yes. Wish we could rate it one star. He told us two times he couldn't cash the check for no reason.
