Worst bank ever....racism

Wouldn't answer their phone, even from corporate

Manager runs this branch like a little fiefdom, very condescending and has no interest in people without accounts of their own. It seems that even if I am doing business with a customer they don't want me "clogging up the tellers" or wasting their time by waiting in line. I felt like a second-class citizen coming in here and being told I can't do business with one of their account holders. They had no interest in customer service and finding a way that I could cash and deposit money (from a brokerage check btw) into an account. Its disappointing to not only see the bank operate this way, but the manager acted like a young arrogant prick.
