Union Bank in Brea, CA

I used this branch to get my Equal Opportunity Mortgage.

I'm a Union Bank customer and honestly if I didn't have to give this branch a star in order to write a review I wouldn't. The tellers are nice enough but the branch manager is an absolute witch. First off, there was a long line of people and she wasn't doing anything but refused to help anyone for a good 5 minutes. Then, when she did help me, she was rude! She first rolled her eyes about why I didn't just deposit my check via the mobile banking app, like it was a burden on her to actually have a customer in the branch. Then when I asked her to cash and then deposit my check she wanted to know why. I simply stated I don't want to pay the bounced check fees if the check bounces. She then told me oh this person would never do that. I informed her that I tried to do the same thing on Tuesday but was told there were insufficient funds in the other persons account. She looked at me like I was lying at flat out told me no that's not true. One of the other tellers had to step in and tell her that it was right. Seriously I'm never going back to that branch. Save yourself and drive the extra mile to the Sunny Hills branch on Bastanchury and Brea Boulevard.
