Absolute morons. with 2 minutes research I was better versed on the banks policies than the account manger I spoke to. He gave me the number of a business account manager to call to answer my questions and I later discovered he gave me the wrong number.

Worst US based bank by far - i have banked with them for 20+ years in the US and am a "premium" customer. I couldn't dump them fast enough. The team at Beverly Hills are so arrogant and have zero customer service and i totally agree with other comments that the bank is extremely uninviting. I have since moved to Wells Fargo - what a difference ! ! !

Worst bank ever!!!!!! Twice we have driven to this location to add me to my husbands account. After waiting for my debit card on these two occasions I contacted the branch to verify one had been ordered. Only then do they tell me that Thry had me sign the wrong paperwork and I was not added to the account. If I hadn't contacted them I never would have discovered their mistake (for the second time, mind you). The second time I dealt directly with Roman Khan branch manager. ZERO APOLOGIES FROM ROMAN KHAN for his mistake.
