I've been coming to this branch every week for several years. Not once have I had a bad experience. The people are very polite and almost overly friendly! I've read several bad reviews and all I can think is drugs are involved.

They take forever to help you. Really on a tuesday only 5 people waiting in line while everyone that works there just talking to each other.

Horrible. Just horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank. They simply cannot get anything done and take forever to get nothing done. Don't open an account here or even think about placing your loan with them.

Why list a branch phone number if they never answer? Even their own central representatives could not get a hold of anyone. As a business customer (or regular customer for that matter) ....would it not be "customer friendly" to simply answer your phones ? Just saying!!
