DO NOT GO HERE SCAM!!!!! Just like other reviews we too got scammed! I'm so mad at myself for not reading reviews first do not make our mistake. They will take your money and claim it as it "finance fee" and that even after taking 100's of dollars you still owe way more than you took out. I mean almost 3000 for 300$?!?!?!? Do not do this!!!

This place scammed my daughter in law. This is even worse than those title loan places, which in my opinion title loan is worse than pay day loan. This place will charge over 600% in fees. Seems like they purposely keep the loans under $500 so that they are under the amounts that would be regulated legally. Check out the payment schedule (which is NOT provided in full until after you've signed the dotted line). This is for a $450 "loan". You would be better off with an actual loan shark or mafia. Or selling a kidney on the black market or something. I bet they aren't even really an Indian tribe. I will be looking into what legal action can be taken. Sadly she made 3 payments before telling me about this, so she paid $420 and then I still had to pay just under $500 (like 497 and change) before the fourth payment was due to pay it off. First come first, Customer service and very pleasant service at any given time. I highly recommend them to basically anyone who is looking forward. My rep Bonnie G is an excellent source and always willing to help even when she cant. Very thankful and appreciated for her help

We've used this company many times when in need of some quick cash to hold out until payday. The staff is always very helpful and super friendly. It's funny seeing these other 1 star reviews, because all I see are idiots who don't know how to ask questions before signing or to properly read when it comes to the agreement. Don't let bad reviews scare you away. Simply call and ask questions before agreeing to anything. Green Gate Services truly isn't a bad company, they just deal with stupid people who don't know how to read contracts. :)

Even after reading the numerous unfavorable reviews, I was willing to give this service a try, since their payback arrangements seem to be run of the mill for short-term installment and cash advance loans (which ALWAYS have insane interest rates and fees). When I called to discuss the terms of my loan, I spoke to Lisa, who initially seemed friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, she has proved herself to be both nasty and unprofessional (what kind of office allows someone who uses "lol" in work correspondence to hold a customer service position?). After a car accident and a credit card defrauding in back-to-back weeks put my finances in an extremely precarious position, I found myself unable to make payments according to the original schedule. Not only was Lisa unsympathetic, she continually accused me of attempting to steal money from Green Gate, all in nearly unintelligible email ramblings devoid of punctuation and rife with spelling errors. My payments are currently back on track, and now that they are she's back to being sugar and honey, but to say that I am less than impressed with Green Gate's customer service is an understatement. There are no shortage of short term loan and cash advance centers in California. Go to literally any other one.
