Branch Manager Corina, went above and beyond to help me. They have the most friendly staff, even though they didn't know who I was. I went to a different branch to deposit $400 in coins. This is basically my out of pocket change that I've accumulated for the last 4 years and thought it was time to deposit it. I deposit coins before at the Lincoln Branch for which is never been a problem. The Wells Fargo branch off Lincoln and Gilbert told me that they no longer could accept the full amount, they could only accept $100 per day. I was so disappointed at my bank that I had for 12 years, that I even thought of cancelling my account, reason being: I went to First Bank to see if they would accept my coin deposit, and they said that they never heard of the above before. If I had an account with them, they will take the coins in a heart bit. So, I called Wells Fargo corporate office and told them my story. They connect me with Corina; the branch manager at the Harbor and Broadway Branch in Anaheim CA, for which she apologize for the other branch and welcome me with open arms. She instructed her staff to help me and they treated me like a movie start. Is dedicated people like Corina that makes a difference in this life and for me to continued being a loyal customer of the Wells Fargo today.
