Gateway One Lending and Finance in Anaheim, CA

This is a business full of incompatant employees with tiny brains. They live for an argument because they live sad little lifes. This company leaves no notes, lies about payment statements and will do anything to make it difficult to make a payment. I dread calling them, no one knows how to transfer a call I get dropped 3-4 times before I even reach anyone. These are the scummest people in the financing industry. Avoid dumbing yourself down and go anywhere else, possibly a drug Lord or robbing a bank would be an easier way.

I've financed numerous vehicles over the years & this is by far the most pathetic "lending institution" I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to pay off a loan for 3 weeks, however after researching the company further, I requested proof that they actually have the title & something in writing that I would receive in a timely manner at payoff. They keep blowing me off as I try to pay off the balance of the loan. Checked with DMV, the title is still with the dealership showing the dealer as the lienholder 3 years after financing the car!! They simply ignore my calls, even hung up on me twice yesterday. I don't know what to do...

TERRIBLE, NON EXISTENT customer service. Nancy Fine will not answer any of your questions directly and will hang up on you!! I can't even tell you how many times i've been hung up on and I just had simple questions I wasn't even rude or upset!! STAY AWAY FROM LOANS WITH THIS COMPANY and Beware of Dialer Nancy Fine, she obviously hates her job!!! Pathetic!!

This place sucks. I unfortunately got a auto loan through this place and completely regret it. Currently sitting on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for someone after being hung up on twice. I have not been angry or "mean" customer at all. It is so hard to get a hold of someone to talk about simple issues. Planning refinancing as soon as I can. Horrible. Please do not go through this bank.

I feel like I'm working with one of the mortgage agencies I heard so much about back in 2008. Were these companies able to rename themselves or was Gateway One Lending and Financed able to slip through the cracks. I have been trying to pay off a vehicle for months now, I've offered to do this even after the company charged me well beyond April and even sent me the wrong car?... Has anyone been able to speak with a person who can help at gateway one lending and financial? If so please reply we are desperate to get something finalized so we can trade in the car we never wanted in the first place.
