Terrible customer service, they are nice but they do not get anything done because none of them are on the same page. If you want auto draft forget it they will send you around in circles before you even get the correct information. They can't even get the names right on the accounts. If you're thinking about using them, save yourself a headache and pick someone else.

Chris was wonderful. He helped me through the entire process and even after the closing. He listened to what I needed and gave me several options to get there. The whole loan process was very quick. The closing even took place at my home. I would highly recommend Carrington Mortgage to anyone wanting a more personalized experience.

Great expierence with Kerri and Lori. Both ladies are very professional and took the time to explain the process to me when I didn't understand. I always have my guard up do to some life experiences but honestly there was no need. Carrington did exactly what they said they was going to do and Kerri and Lori represented them in the best way. I was so hesitant about refinancing, both in general and with Carrington based on the online reviews. However, the process was quick, smooth, and painless. I was kept apprised of the status of my refinance every step of the way, and every question I had was answered promptly, with a detailed explanation. The outcome as far as out of pocket costs was not exactly what I expected, but still completely reasonable and manageable. They came to my office to complete the closing paperwork, which was fantastic because I work a lot of hours and have a long commute every day. Not only that, but I had some late fees left over from when B of A had my mortgage; Carrington wiped those out. People are more likely to post negative experiences online than positive; keep that in mind as you're reading reviews about Carrington.
