if I could give this place no stars I would. they are very aggressive and unprofessional. they try to give people bad credit without doing any investigating and if the employeess don't start treating people with respect I will do everything to get them fired.

Worst Customer Service ever. Tried calling to make a payment/pay off the account I thought I had with them and was talked over completely by the rudest man alive and was hung up on. You would think that if you believed you had an outstanding account with someone they would be a little more interested in hearing what you have to say.

Chris hopez is a lame who is trying to get 2k out of me for a car that is long way out of my possession. I signed a release of liability in 08/2015 and I get a call 12/2016 to say I owe storage fees for the past few months. Out of your mind Chris.
