Everything they tell you sounds great until you ok them to send your application into their lender and then you never hear back from the. I was told 3 times 3 different answers on why I didn't get approved.. credit not good enough... I have excellent credit, make one more payment towards the balance.. I made two. I don't think they are legit

Thought this was gonna be great, however, they got me approved for a term I wasn't interested in. When I tried explaining this to Josh he got very defensive and rude, and couldn't understand why I wasn't happy. I work at a car dealership and we are not in the business of giving people a term they arent looking for.

Very bad experience with this company. Bait and Switch and please stay away. Once they get your social security all you end up getting is a hard hit on your credit report. I will be filing a complaint. Stay away from them and go to your local bank. They are very rude and act like their doing you a favor.

Worked with Pearl & Renee from BlueHarbor who were both personable, professional and quick at getting me approved at a great rate. BAIT & SWITCH; LIARS, I HAVE 800+ CREDIT SCORES. WANTED TO REFI A 2015 TAHOE WITH 2,200 MILES ON IT WITH A BALANCE OF $41K+. TOLD ME THEY NEEDED TAX RETURNS. GAVE THEM . SAID THEY COULD NOT FIANCE MY CAR WITH THE CREDIT UNION BASED ON THOSE. SAID THEY WOULD SUBMIT IT TO ANOTHER LENDER THAT DID NOT REQURE TAX RETURNS AND GOES OFF THE CREDIT SCORE AND PAYMENT HISTORY. BTW, MINE IS PERFECT 100% PAID ON TIME FOR 30 YEARS. INSTEAD OF DOING WHAT THEY SAID, THEY SUBMITTED WITH THE RETURNS AGAIN BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY HAD THEM. LIARS!!!!!!! SCREWED ME OUT OF A LOAN, CAUSED MY CREDIT SCORE TO DROP 20 AND 30 POINTS ON THE DIFFERENT BUREAUS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BAIT AND SWTICH WHICH IS ILLEGAL. I HOPE THEY ROT IN HELL AND GET SHUT DOWN FOR THEIR DECEITFUL PRACTICES. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE FTC FOR BANKING FRAUD PRACTICES. NO SURPRISE...THEY ARE OUT OF CALIFORNIA!
