For a collection agency they are the nicest, and easiest to work with. They are very friendly and never think of speaking poorly to a customer.

The most disturbingly unprofessional group of employees I've ever encountered. Brenda Sandra and the manager bred. All just rude, looking for any excuse and code word to start an argument with the customer. I called to make a payment and everything went downhill. Sandra answered the phone, I wasn't even upset, I was talking to her and she kept interrupting me,talking over me, repeating the same things over and over again and insulting me for having a collection balance. I tried to speak to the manager bred, as soon as he got on the phone he expressed vulgar and indifferent behavior. I was trying to explain how Sandra was being rude, just tell him what had happened and he went off on me yelling at me just because I repeating the story I had told Sandra before, I was not trying to argue with him and I reassured him of that but he continued on his insulting rampage. Ended up making me very upset and he hung up on me. Honestly, it's like they get a kick out of fighting with people over the phone. I will be reporting them to the bureau of consumer protection.
