Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful, this was my first time buying a home and the people at academy made sure I understood everything I was signing. This made the overall loan process much easier. They were also very good at contacting me when something needed to get done.

Stephanie Converse was amazing! She was attentive and anything I ever needed she called me right back or got right back to me. She was available, and I think in my family's particular home mortgage process - that was key! It helped with keeping my nerves in check, because it's a stressful process. She made it much easier, and we are now in our lovely home! She is amazing and a great representation of Academy Mortgage! I would recommend her to anyone I know (and don't know)!

Derek Egeberg and Daryn Edgar were a pleasure to work with! They were very helpful throughout the entire process and easy to get a hold of. They worked well with all the other entities involved and kept us up to date on the process which was very involved.
