Best experience ever at a pawn shop. The staff is wonderful. Especially the women named Julie. Such a professional. I recommend this pawn shop to all of Tucson and beyond.

Horrible place recommend everyone stay away they are a rip off. The employee had no knowledge of my product I was trying to sell them or even bothered looking into it gave me a 30 dollar offer when my product was worth at least 500 sells brand new for 4000 dollars and 30 was all they could offer me. To clarify it was a Aragon stage one pre amplifier. After returning home I called a different pawn shop which were incredibly nice looked it up found all the info on it but told me it was to hard to put an exact price on it cause it is a little old but still worth alot so they said they couldn't over me anything cause the product is to high end which was way more respectful than "I'll give you 30 dollars for it lol" bunch off goons USA pawn is stay away go anywhere else except her bunch of asswholes. super pawn is the place to go!!!

Great place. The staff is friendly and always smiling! They always advise me on the best way to pay for my items when I get a loan so that I can save money.

I used to like this place. Now it has gone to hell. Definitely one of those seedy pawn shops you want to avoid buying from. The customer service is horrible. I walked around for a while and nobody offered to help. When i talked to any of the employees, they were very short with me. And i was being friendly, not rude at all. Trying to buy anything is a challenge. Some of the items don't even work. I wanted to buy a tablet, but the batteries are dead on all of them. You have to wait til for them to charge it enough to test it. The 1st one we tested wouldn't charge and wouldn't turn on. I asked to try a different tablet and they put the one that didn't work back on the shelf to sell.
