BanCapital Home Loans placed an order for a VA appraisal through the Veterans Administration on 11/21/2014. The appraiser has NOT been paid after completing the appraisal on 12/08/2014. After repeatedly speaking to someone and asked to send the invoice to several parties, the lender advised today that they are no longer in business: LGH
