TMG Loan Processing in Tempe, AZ

My first experience with TMG was speaking withJohn-Claude, everything was rock-solid until it came time to process my paperwork. Each day there was another excuse for why they could not process my loan application until finally I called directly to the lender and they told me everything I needed to process the loan. Even after adding the loan company as a lien holder to my registration I will still denied the loan because of my bank statements. Even though my car is paid off in valued at $11,000 I was only seeking a loan for 5,000. After I was an denied the loan I called John-Claude but I could not even get a reply to my phone call, he justsent me a text message telling me how he was on the phone with another client. If you don't need a loan don't go to these people!!

It's 10:30PM and I just got home. This company stayed open for me even though I was supposed to be there at 7PM I had a family emergency and couldn't make it till 9:15... I felt so bad for Mario because I knew his shift had to end hours ago. Nonetheless, he had a positive attitude and we got this loan finalized. Now I can go to bed with the peace of mind that I am safe. Thanks Mario!

I was in a pinch and found this place when I was driving down the street. Wasn't sure what to expect so I walked in and was greeted by Matt. Customer service was good and he explained about how an auto title loan works. Once I understood all the ins and outs as Matt was explaining it I realized this was going to get me out of the bind I was in. I got my money the same day. Everyone there was nice and it was a comfortable experience.

Great service here. I thought there were no more good businesses left and when I walked through the door they made me feel like I was walking into my best friends house. Very personable staff. The best part of this is they were able to help me when 3 other places said they couldn't. This company has so many options to help and I am extremely happy with this company. It's actually my only 2nd review because I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but when you have a great experience and everything works out it's worth it to me to write a review. Thanks again!

Wow, this company is fast. After walking in I got coffee this morning and they had K cups so it wasn't the run of mill type of service. These guys made it happen on a Sunday before 11AM!!! I walked out of there with exactly what I wanted. If you want good service and quality then this is the place. I've lived all over the country and this is one of those spots you simply can't find anywhere else. I want to say thank you to Matt who helped me make this work and he should get a raise for the customer service he provided. Hands down this was the best experience i had after talking to a few other lenders who simply didn't care what I said this company actually helped me and listened to me.
