They contacted me saying i owe $200 to cox cable and i'm unaware of this bill. I put a fraud alert on my credit and its being disputed

They are very professional and helped me to stay on track with my payments and now because of they helping me push to take ownership of my responsibilities I am now out of default. Thank you Jesus. I am forever grateful. I still have a long way to go before these student loans get resolved but I thank progressive financial services for helping me to get back on track

Not even a one. Very in professional. Conduct business terribly. Treats employees like trash. Terrible company to work for. Management is horrible.

Scam, claimed i owed cox communications for a tv remote from 8 years ago and have never heard from anyone before. No big surprise since cox communications sucks ass

Cant even close out supposed balance from Cox over 2 years ago. Instead of sending a settlement-closed-out letter they sent me a balanced owed letter!!!!!! Called immediately and they admitted it was a mistake but refused to email me the letter but instead asked if I could go to a local library and receive it via fax... Seriously? Your mistake and you want to inconvenience me further? Just shows you these companies are all the same - want to get any amount of money from you and move on. Expect to hear from the BBB and your contract with Cox terminated.
