Called this bank 7 times and kept getting a busy signal. Hard to take they seriously as a financial institution, when they can't even manage incoming calls.

Just keep calling me and say there are something important about me and ask me for my DOB. I say I am not going to expose any of my personal information until i know why you are calling and what company are you. and he just keep asking me about me DOB and I say I am not going to say unless i know who you are and why. then he keep saying "you know what you are not even making any sense!" why do i have to expose my DOB when someone or some company I never heard or deal with about my personal information?

Horrible. They never pay you correctly and if you quit you don't ever get your final check. I left for the Navy three years ago and STILL have not received my check. My manager was Monica.
