Credit Union West in Surprise, AZ

The staff has always been friendly, though not always the most experienced. in the times I have dealt with management, they do not care about their customers. They have high fees and is unlike many credit unions in that are not advocates for their customers. I have been with the credit union for over seven years because of their shared branch checking, but it was not enough to keep my business. I have had numerous issues over the years and I would not go back. The sad thing is they are no different from a bank and other banks have lower fees.

Thank you so much for not being open on a Wednesday when so many of your customers needed you. Thank you so much for screwing me on my bills because I can't deposit anything... Thank you so much. And to whom this applies to for creating this employee appreciation day you sir or ma'am are incompetent at best.
