BMO Harris Bank in Surprise, AZ

This is the worst location I have ever been to. I make 2 deposits a week into a business account. They refuse to give me change back. If I give them $100.00 and only need $81.00 deposited they refuse to give back the difference back. They say it is illegal to give change back to a non signer on the account. The extra money that they refuse to give back belongs in my petty cash. They are causing nothing but problems. Also, when you chose to go throught the drive through they will acknoledge you and then proceed to finish their conversations with other employees before attending to you. They are also the slowest branch I have been to. I once sat in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes while they deposit 3 deposits for me that totalled under $1000.00.
