Do not ever use the drive-up teller at this bank. I know from experience that they will not wait on you until everybody in the lobby has been taken care of. I have waited as much as a half hour at the drive up teller and would have left except they already had my transaction. Once when I complained to the person in charge she just said that it was her policy to wait on the lobby customers first. She has to be one of the stupidest people I have ever met. It is not just me; I once saw a lady who was about 80 wait in the hot Arizona sun in the drive-up line for about 20 minutes then I had to go. Before I knew better I went in here to open a savings account. I put my name on a waiting list (first on the list) and sat down. A half hour later nobody had looked at the list and nobody had even ackowledged me even though there were 2 ladies at desks not helping anybody (one was the lady in charge). I finally got up and left. I would not advise anybody to use this bank for any reason. The bad thing is that I have to go to this bank once a month to make my car payment. I go to the drive-up if nobody is there already, send in my transaction then leave because I know it would be at least a half hour before I got my receipt back. Compass Bank higher management really needs to take a closer look at the practices at this bank and get someone in there who actually knows how to run a bank.
