V.I.P. Mortgage, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ

The company pre approved my husband and I and we had a buyer accept our offer the first try. We had our check picked up from Stewart Title to start our escrow and had our home inspection scheduled for the following weekend. I get a call from my lender stating they made a mistake the home is not in the approved location and blamed it on the realtor they introduced to us. They didn't even take respondsibility for their mistake. Terrible customer service and no people skills.

I really love this company they changed my life. I don't know I would be without them.
