This is supposed to be non profit. And they are federally funded. But they will not even talk to you unless you pay them $25.00, upfront, go to a series of all day workshops, then register as a member and then if you qualify the may speak to you. I walked into the real nice office on 13th street., and signed in. I signed in. I rang there bell for service 3 times. No one was there. I then casually walked through all their offices and then finally saw 2 dudes eating lunch without a care in the world. And one dude left the room. And the other guy told me to go to the Web site and that he couldn't talk to me about anything. I could only go to the Web site. To register. Pay. A kickback And go to the workshops. And then answer my questions as to if I qualify. Such crap. No wonder poor people stay poor. Organizations like these are receiving federal funds, and not fulfilling thier obligations.

Great purchase and home loan modification program. The best HUD approve housing agency. Bruce Marks cares about housing consumer rights. I was able to buy a home in a good neighborhood for 235,000.00 no down payment, no PMI, lower rates then banks. My rate is 2.625% fixed for 30 years. My mortgage payment is $1,100.00 monthly. It's less then rent in my neighborhood. Houses rent for about 1,600. So 20 dollars membership we receive a lot of benefits. My two brothers , sister in law, and three friends have been successful with a purchase of a home with NACA. My sister in law got the lowest rate of 1.625.℅ fixed for 30 years last year.
