i've been trying to get in touch with these F***s since last month, still no response from them.... these people will say they've called & left a voicemail, only to find out they haven't called or left a voicemail at all. they also have super sketchy payment methods/processes, if i pay on the 1st, why is it the money doesn't come out of my account until almost 5 days later? that little bit of time causes more tax to be applied to the payment (due to %/day rate) i'm losing money by just making payments to these unresponsive a**holes. TOTALLY unsatisfied, ********** if you can STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there should be a negative rating

This is the worst finance company ever. i would suggest not to finance with this company and don’t agree on getting a loan with. This is a rip off company...

They took over account servicing from Grand Canyon title and have been very helpful and provide a good webpage for managing your account. Other title companies and attorneys I work with all say they are very slow to respond to information requests.

Have never had trouble with getting my payments processed correctly until these people took over my loan. I hate that we can't choose who owns our mortgage. I am thinking of refinancing just to try to get away from these people and their terrible customer service.
