I am here getting my taxes done and the people that work..... I have never seen so many unhappy faces. And the fact that they just look at you, no good morning, no how are you. They just mean mug you. What the hell happen to customers service with a smile.

This is the finest financial institution that has ever existed. I have had an account for almost 50 years. The staff treats you like family. I know of on other financial institution other than a SMALL brokerage firm where the entire staff makes an effort to know and greet you personally upon each and every visit. DEVONSHIRE, YOU ROCK!!!!

I recently became part of the First Credit Union family and I'm happy I did. My dealings with Ericka and Holly were great. I also visited the branch in Chandler and they were awesome. I was provided excellent service and was made to feel welcomed. Ericka is part of the management team and took the time to send me a welcome card with a personal thank you/welcome message and a gift. I really appreciate receiving first class service.
