Phoenix Auto Finance in Mesa, AZ

The purchasing of the car was pretty easy. Got a decent deal, especially with not having a great credit score myself. However, they provided an option to have my monthly payments automatically deducted from my bank account. They have had multiple problems with this system, calling me several times to tell me that the payment didn't go through. While I have plenty of money to cover the payment. After some investigation, they admitted that the problem is on their end. And it's not only my account that has issues with the monthly automatic car payment, but several other of their customers, as well. I can understand this happening once, but it's becoming a pattern. Quite concerning as the contracts they have people sign state that they have legal authority to reposses the vehicle if the payment is late by even one day. Not to mention the red flags that could hit people's​ credit reports if the payment is viewed as late. Speaking of credit reports, I recently checked one of mine, and while it shows prompt payment of around half of payments, the other half or so show inconclusive evidence of payment what-so-ever. I'm not sure what's going on with that, but perhaps if those payments were reported as being promptly paid on the credit report-(which they most certainly have been promptly paid)- would my credit score increase enough to allow me to refinance the auto loan? If I was able to refinance, it surely would lower my interest rate, thereby considerably lowering interest payment amount owed to Phoenix Auto Finance. Hmm
