Went here twice in one day first time was me just getting price for gold diamond ring second time was my husband to actually pawn the ring and he got told a lower price the second time with the exact same ring. Didn't pawn and will never be working with them again.

Having never been to a pawn shop, I had no idea what to expect. Sara was very welcoming and helpful and made the experience as easy as possible. She explained everything and it was fast and easy. I would not hesitate to go back.

They list items on eBay for sale. They have a price and an option for best offer. I made a best on an item because it had a cheap after market replacement motor. Which probably meant the rest of it was on its last leg. They declined my first offer. No biggie, I expected that but no counter offer. When I asked if they where going to counter offer? They said in all CAPS, NOT AT THE MOMENT. When I asked why they where using all caps(yelling in email/texting) they said they did not know that was yelling and that was just the way they did things. Still no counter offer and I made a second offer that they ignored altogether. I've read about lazy customer service and this establishment acts like they are doing you a favor to do business with you and in my experience, it is true. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

UPDATE: first I must say that had I known this was the store I was talking to on Friday I wouldn't have wasted the time of all involved. Alfonso was truly a great help. I had a number of questions and he not only answered them but did so quickly. He provided options and we worked together trying to solve my problem. As the day went on however my situation became grim due to time and scheduling. Eventually I asked if a pair of Jordan's would do me any good to pawn. Was told yes and roughly $75 was to be expected. I took the Jordans, a Tumi wallet, a gustin wallet and a coach cardholder hopped in a cab and went to the shop. When I got there I was disappointed to learn Alfonso was not there. I pulled out the shoes for inspection and got a look of you must be kidding. Was told he (the clerk) didn't take shoes at that location. They are Jordan retro 5's in great shape. The clerk pointed out a scuff. I put them away. Pulled out the wallets. At this point the clerk went back to his computer and instructed the other clerk to "check for serial numbers". The Tumi I purchased from the north Scottsdale store as well as the coach card holder. The woman took one look at it clearly having no interest or intention of finding out the value and then just stared at me. She didn't even inquire what I was looking for, didn't ask for help just stood there. The other guy clearly the superior of the two couldn't be bothered. I took my items and hailed another cab never to return. I'm not sure what Alfonso's title is but if he is invested in the company at all I would strongly suggest (again) that these employees be trained. There is nothing worse than going into a pawn shop and being treated like a third class citizen. The employees act like they are better than the customer a common problem with pawn shops and loan places unfortunately. People don't go there because they are having a great day normally. There is nothing worse than having a nose turned up at you especially when you assume someone is expecting you. How and why Alfonso didn't at least let the guy know I was coming seems silly. How he didn't know the clerk wouldn't take shoes regardless of condition or type is bad business and beyond me. How a pawn shop can not even try and make an offer on items of some value seems strange. And this time there was a full hour before closing. Folks there are a lot of pawn options out there. Give them your business if you want but I guarantee you, better service and far more knowledgeable staff are available at just about any other pawn shop. I went to a competitor down the street. Got $80 for the Jordans and $130 for the three wallets but most importantly I got a smile and felt welcome. Walked in at 5:45 pm on a Sunday. Was desperate to pay power bill. Had two rings to get a loan on. The guy working there said for security reasons they stopped buying or selling "around 545". Obviously this guy just wanted to go home to his video games or whatever. Why work in customer service if you're not gonna serve customers. I drove 30 min to get here to be treated like a jerk. I know Mr. Diaz would never approve such a policy and frankly I'm shocked he would employ such a brat. Avoid the place. It's grimy dirty and not with a walk across the street.

Came in there with my MacBook Pro just looking to pawn for a few days til I got my check. As a first time customer they came out and offered me 30 days interest free if I pick up the item within a month. I pawned it for $350 and except for their $8 filing fee that was how much it was to pick it up $358. Normally with interest at like 26-28% the bill would have been up over $400 which is what I was expecting. They didn't have to offer the no interest for 30 days and I still would have done it as I really needed the money. The whole process was quick and they were very nice people. This is a top notch pawn shop.
