Arizona Federal Credit Union - Superstition Springs in Mesa, AZ

Not sure what's happened to the other people who experienced poor service at this branch.. I walked in and opened an account and had no issues. I worked with Sue and she was SUPER nice and helpful and very friendly. She was so nice I just about gave her a hug when I left instead of a hand shake. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this credit union to a friend for sure.

I have been waiting for an hour and a half to get assistance with a dispute and a new card while 3 staff members stand literally 4 feet in front of me doing nothing but talking. This is ridiculous. Might be time to change banks. It's a shame since I have been banking with them since 2010

Great customer service

Been a member for 10 years I closed my account today due to the condescending drive thru teller and the incompetence of the "manager" customer service is lacking for that branch.

I went in to cash a check. And as it is my first time being paid by check, not by cashiers check or cash, I asked for help to get this done. The teller was extremely rude and condescending as if I were poor and questions my occupation. I have never received such horrible service. For a business that constantly interacts with customers I would assume that she would be inclined to assist as quickly as possible and move on to the next customer or go on with her day. Rather it seemed she wanted to berate my ignorance.
