Their phone system for paying credit cards is agonizingly bad. The voice recognition software if pathetic and cheap, took me 30 minutes for it to recognize my commands. Horrible

Mobile Banking is at this time not worth the time at Desert Schools. I deposited a check on Saturday using my ipad mobile app. Though the process wasn't overly difficult, the process itself is awful. It does notgive you a receipt as an ATM would, it doesn't show the funds as pending in the account ... it shows you absolutely no information and here I am Monday noon still waiting for confirmation of receipt much less posting. A lot of improvement is needed before I'll try it again. I've spent more time being worried, wondering, and making phone calls then I would have if I'd just gone to the bank or ATM.

I love this bank. The representatives are always professional, friendly and very helpful. I've been a member for years and I am very satisfied with this bank. I believe they have the best car loan rates.
