THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I PAWNED MY COMPUTER ON A ROAD TRIP DO TO CAR TROUBLE. I CALLED FROM WISCONSIN TO CONFIRM MY ITEMS ARE THERE. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE OWNERS WIFE SHE TOLD ME NEXT FRIDAY WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO PICK IT UP. I FLEW TO ARIZONA (THE CONTENTS OF MY COMPUTER HELD MY PICTURES FROM WHEN I WAS A CHILD, THIS WAS MY PERSONAL BACK UP FOR THE PAST DECADE). WHEN I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE I WAS GOING TO MAKE THE 5 HOUR DRIVE THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT THEY FORMATTED THE COMPUTER AND I SHOULD OF CONTACTED THEM TO SAVE IT FROM PROCESSING. 600 DOLLARS AND AND TAKING WORK OFF TO COME GET MY GOODS THAT WERE TAMPERED WITH. NO BUENOS CALLED THE POLICE AND GOT AN ATTORNEY. STAY AWAY FROM HERE THEY MIGHT DECIDE IF YOUR NOT A RESIDENT OF THE TOWN THAT YOUR NOT GOING TO WANT YOUR ITEMS YOUR BROUGHT IN. YES I DID CALL THEN 6 WEEKS AGO AND LAST WEEK TO CONFIRM MY ITEMS WERE THERE AND NOT TAMPERED WITH

The guy that left a negative review needs to understand that when you do not show up to retreive your pawn before the expiration date and then the pawn expires, we sell it. That's the only way we can stay in business. Beyond that we went way beyond our obligation to help this guy trying to help him to retreive his merchandise, he demanded that we discount our fees, and talk about foul language.....The bottom line is show up on time, pay your fees, and you will get your merchandise... just as we agreed when you got the loan.

car broke down in this little town. so i thought i would sell a few silver rounds. offered $7 below spot! $10 when silver was at $17. dont sell silver here. they didnt even know why would one buy silver. the going rate is $!-$2 below spot price. they take advantage of people in a need. not all pawn shops do such business. i understand the greed. its hard to resist. but the ignorance is sad.
