Cash Time Loan Centers in Glendale, AZ

I have an appointment at 5 and when I walked in the manager on the phone didn't welcome me nor told me she would be with me after her call. She took another man before me she mentioned he was there 5 minutes before me i replied telling her I have an appointment at 5pm. She said other representative went off to lunch she will be back in about 30 min or so. Tell me why cash time, why set a priority appointment and send me an email with a conference number if your company representatives can't honor that to their schedule. Everyone please don't go to this location. No parking. Too many people.only one or two to attend to customers. After all that I sat down and she walked out of her cubical and slammed the door.
