At the moment the communication is not there. So until I get past communication barrier I rate it a star. Only because my families life is up in the air because we are not sure what's happening, so it's very frustrating not knowing what's happening.

Proceed with great caution when using this company. There is little to no communication, until the loan process has gone beyond 45 days. There was no sense of urgency on the part of this institution, and numerous excuses why it couldn't close. The loan officers seem to be very inexperienced and lack knowledge of the whole process.

This company will lead you on, saying that you're "prequalified" without actually qualifying any of your info. Only after you've put down deposits, wasted valuable time and planned accordingly do they tell you that due to some tax return nonsense that you wouldn't qualify for anything. I understand that circumstances apply, but the customer service is terrible and they have no interest in helping you understand why you weren't approved. My advice; buy a real home from a real mortgage company.
