No idea where 'craigs' review is coming from! I loved my service with Wallick and Volk Mortgage. They were very quick and professional. I shopped my rate at 2 banks and 1 other in town lender and Nikki's team gave me the lowest available for the lowest cost. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and all my questions were quickly answered.

My wife and I just bought our first home in Flagstaff. Our real estate agent recommended Nikki, Mandi and Chris. This team is amazing!!! They reduced our anxiety and explained every detail to us. They were very informative throughout the transaction. We could not image going through this process with anyone else. We are truly appreciate to the Groff Team and will be recommending them to everyone we know!

They did a great job in getting the paperwork done. They made it easy. But there is more to refinancing a loan. Within three months my loan has been sold twice and I can't keep up with setting up and undoing the direct deposit forms. Most lenders require a waiting period before the loan is sold and resold. But W&V does not. On this end, they failed me miserably.
