OneAZ Credit Union in Cottonwood, AZ

Really liked this bank 10 years ago now it's horrible. There is a long wait when you use the drive through. I deposited a personal check and was told the funds wouldn't be available for 7 business days. So I couldn't use my money for close to 2 weeks. Awful! Very difficult to get a live person on the line from your local branch, the tellers are nice but maybe they are just understaffed.

This is my credit union since I moved to AZ in 2013. If I could rate them 10 stars (or even more), I would do so. Their customer service in my financial crises has been PHENOMENAL!! I would go to their branch for a visit practically a nervous wreck and would leave with the assurance that all would be financially OK for me. Their members's representatives treated my situation with utmost business concern and resolved my worries by offering doable financial advise. This credit union has to be of the best in the United States!

The only person here that's worth a damn is candi. Last two times I've been in there Peter has pissed me off so bad that I can happily say I'll never be back. Not listening to my issues and essentially calling me a liar when I told him I'd talked to a guy on the phone about the problem. It's fine though, because there isn't a oneaz credit union near where I'm moving to, so I'll probably be taking my money elsewhere from this point on.

I'm a customer here because I believe in local credit unions as opposed to the vile network of TBTF banks that we're all forced to live with. With that said, I have been only moderately happy with the level of service at this Bank. However since their name change and management overhaul the customer service level has improved slightly. I will say at the drive-up ATM seems to be functioning much better than it used to be so I will stay here as a customer. However I must say that the emphasis at this bank is on making loans, which I understand. There isn't much being offered as far as a level of service to people who simply want to save money and earn a return on their savings accounts. However I do understand, more than most people do, that this is not the fault of this particular Credit Union but of the overall criminal Financial system that is in the process right now of bankrupting this country.

Best credit union/bank ever! I walk in, they greet me by name! The staff is helpful, friendly, fast and efficient. I do most all of my banking needs, car loans, etc.. here. No big fees! I will never us a big corporate bank again. I LOVE OneAZ!!
