I can not say enough how happy I am with the experience I had with Jeff Smith at Nova. Not only with our original purchase, but our refi as well. He and his team at Nova were ON TOP OF IT! Any stupid, silly, or logical question I had he always was able to answer it and explain it clearly. He would even answer emails after hours and on weekends which really impressed me. I was concerned as a first time home buyer that I would be denied, so cringed at first when I saw an email come through. But we were accepted and when it was time for the refinance, I was overly excited when I saw an email pop into my inbox from Jeff because I KNEW it would be good news!
