Very professional and intelligence employees always very helpful

I have dealt with numerous banks in the time I have traveled with my job but other than a bank in Rapid City, SD, I have never had such Great service as I have had with the Wells Fargo branch in Cave Creek, AZ. Three people have helped me with an IRA that I had with another institution over the course of 1 month (a lot of complicated procedures to close it out & transfer). Pranay, Magdalena, Jodi, have gone far above and beyond to assist me. I am very grateful to them and to Wells Fargo for their great customer service. Curt Yeager

Very helpful. Able to tell the computer software what to do instead of software telling us what to do.

Just had a great experience at this location with a super helpful couple of tellers. An employee named January was especially helpful and displayed excellent customer service. Thanks for being awesome January!
