This bank has been my go to for almost 6 years and I've never had a problem with them. Everyone is very nice and have made me feel welcome. Have had a couple problems, but those are few and far between. I look forward to many more years with Wells Fargo.

Well let's see it's Wells Fargo bank! There is nothing I can say bad about Wells Fargo. I can honestly say that I have not had a single issue with them and when I have had one it was resolved immediately with just a phone call away. They greet you with courtesy and professionalism and they handle your banking need seriously. It's very easy to get your fees waived you just have to read the very small Not a lot print on bottom of agreements

We are snow birds and need an account for use in the winter. Up to this month we have been very happy with this bank. We deposited a check into our account. Unfortunately we made a error the body and numbers didn't match. Wells Fargo didn't catch it and the money showed as deposited into our account. Our bank at home saw the error and canceled the check. This resulted in an overdraft. Then they charged us a total of 285 dollars in bank charges. They sent a letter by mail to let us know. Sure wish they would have emailed or called. We could have fixed the problem right away. If we would have refused the overdraft protection the card would have been refused right away. Buyer beware. We are heading to the bank again today to try to fix the problem.
