First American Credit Union in Casa Grande, AZ

FIRST AMERICAN CREDIT UNION HAVE YOU READ YOUR REVIEWS?????!!!!!Geeez!!!! It's time for something to change , Look how many BAD REVIEWS you have!!! Does anyone from first American care that you have bad reviews????? You are the Wal-Mart of banks. It's obvious that this bank has no connection to customers in the manner that the associates speak and treat customers, it would be better to deal w/ an automated system than to deal with your rude staff, like Tiffany Robinette! Lol !!! Its unfortunate because they could be really great if they hired staff that cared like Francis at the branch.

I recently reviewed my credit rating , & found out I had a bad mark. I looked into the matter & found out this C.U. had reported me as being 30 to 60 days late on my auto loan. I have never missed a payment with this C.U. ONE MORE THING !! Don't ever make a auto payment with a money order !! That seems to get lost in the system for a week or two.

Just an absolute abomination of a credit union. The payment system on their website flat out doesn't work. If you try to give them a call make sure you have the next 2 hours free, because that is literally the amount of time you can expect to be on hold. They charge a $10 fee for any payment made on any loan regardless of the size, and apparently the only way to avoid this fee is to either drive to their branch (good luck if you live in another city), or go to one of their "associated branches" (good luck finding one) and deposit money in to your savings account, then call them up and wait on hold for the next 2 hours just so they can process your payment. Also if you want to close any open loan accounts with them the maximum they will allow you to pay over the phone is $1,500.00 (with a $10 fee attached of course) otherwise you have to go through the process which I've outlined above.

I cannot seem to get hold of ANYONE on the phone. It is important what I need to talk about and I can't seem to catch someone. Oh ya, they keep charging me a NSF even though I do have the sufficient amount in my account. I keep having to pay the NSF 3 times! Which is making me put more money in my account although did I mention I have the sufficient amount in there already. Very Very frustrating.
