Wells Fargo Bank in Buckeye, AZ

I normally can cash my checks at my wells Fargo bank but this one couldn't or wouldn't if your doing normal routine its great but showing up with a check needing a cash deposit forget it and i have an account there its funny how you can get told you cant do something,, then you go to a different wellsfargo and get it done

If I can give it a zero stars I would. I had to bank with this institutions because my account like them. I had a torn $20 bill at the corner. The serial number was and everything was still good. I lost the top right piece to the bill. So I request for an exchange of the bill. They say I had to contact the treasury department. And they can give me the number to the treasury department. The mgt said no. I depotsit a little of money in this bank monthly too. I have 6 business account with them the last 3 years with large balance. Luckily I have my personal account with chase. I walk in to chase one block away. They didn't even ask if I bank with them. Which I do :) them over the bill. With no question ask. They just have me a fresh bill. Great job Chase. I will mostly like close my business account with wellsfargo at the end of the month.

well Fargo give you only 500 in atm cash for business account if you need more money for anything this is not you bank ...

CUPER SANCHEZ, thank you for partially helping me with my problem today but shame on you for thinking you can speak to me in such a manner. You're no one above me or better than me. After my experience with you today, I will no longer be banking with Wells Fargo. I will gladly take my business else where. Please learn how to provide better customer service.
