BMO Harris Bank in Buckeye, AZ

This bank is incompetent. Run as fast as you can from this place. They took money out of my account numerous times that was supposed to be taken out of someone elses account. They find their mistakes, promise to put it back and promise follow up calls, never happened. It takes many days and phone calls to have them return the funds. I call this stealing! The manager has no problem calling his customers liars. The staff does not respect the manager and told 3 of us that he doesnt know what he is doing. I wouldnt trust him to even be flipping burgers at McDonalds, a job that is still above his level. Dont trust your money with these people.

Sort of an old school feel when you walk in. Some of the staff have been around so long they know everyone by name and are knowledgeable if you have questions.

I have been at this bank since it opened (2008) as M&I bank, subsequently became BMO. It is the best banking experience that I have had at any bank for 50 plus years. You are not just a number, they actually call you by name. The staff is friendly very helpful and have always called me by name. I might make 1 or 2 trips a month to the bank and still they remember me. One day in a retail establishment one of the staff saw me and came over to say hello - that is what a bank should feel like. It has the feel of a small town bank but is a relatively large international bank.
