Terrible the tellers are rude on 9/3/2016 at 12:30 and they were only concerned about when their shift ends. I heard them make comments more then once regarding wanting to be done for the day. There are plenty of people who could use a job and would not complain in front of customers. My experience was very slow and stressful. Would not recommend anyone to come here ever!!!!!!!

While the staff was friendly, service was terribly slow. I definitely prefer the location on cotton.

Went in to open an acct today. Was just there 2 months ago with my husband to open one. They were asking extremely personal financial questions completely unrelated to a basic checking account and when I refused to answer (these questions were NOT asked of my husband), they got rude and refused to open the account. Now I'm not unreasonable. I understand that there is certain info needed when opening financial accounts, but these were clearly not related to my need for a checking account. These were fishing questions so they could try to "sell" me other products. The manager is quite snotty and defensive when I asked why these were "required" and repeatedly 'informed" me they needed to make sure I'm not Money Laundering. Seriously? This is how you treat would be new customers?
